Fourth generation cherry farmers and brother and sister Daryl and Suzanne Holmes are awarded ‘Best in Class’ for their Farm Cider and Bronze Medal for their Cherry Dessert Wine at the 2018 Australian Fruit Wine and Cider Show.

Our Cherry Port was awarded a silver medal at the Tasmanian Fruit Wine Show. The palate was described by judges as good “cherry aroma with excellent sweet flavour usually hard to obtain”. The win follows a Silver Medal for our cider in March. Click here for more about our Port.


Red Hill Cherry Farm Cider ‘Best in Class’
7 March 2017
Our Red Hill Cherry Farm Cider was judged ‘Best Cider in Class’ at the 2017 Red Hill Agricultural Show scoring a whopping 86 out of 100 points. “A complex and attractive drink with all fruit showing through and good structure and balance”. Judges included renowned Food Writers Max Allen, Richard Cornish,  Nyall Condon (Flying Brick Cider ), Claire Channing-Williams (Daylesford Cider) and Nathan Hyde (Little World Beverages).
