FAQ's

  • When are you open? Thursday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm. Last session is at 3:00pm. Entry gates close at 3pm.
  • How much does it cost? Adult entry free is $20 and includes 500gm of cherries. Children entry fee is $10 and includes 250gm of cherries.
  • Can we pick extra cherries? Yes, we have buckets available for extra cherries and they will be charged at the per kg rate.
  • Are you open Christmas Day, Boxing Day or any of the public holidays? We are closed Christmas Day, open Boxing Day, closed 27, 28, 29 Dec and reopen on the 30th and will be open New Years Eve & New Years Day.
  • Do I have to book? Yes, bookings are essential and can be made via the bookings tab. 
  • Should we arrive early? Yes, please arrive 10 minutes before your session time starts. 
  • How long can I pick for? Each picking session is for 1 hour. If you turn up late, your session time will be reduced. 
  • Do we have to climb ladders? Yes, we have ladders in the orchards & these will need to be used to get the cherries that are up high. We do not allow anyone to climb the trees. If you aren't able to use ladders, please do not book. As we cannot ensure there will be low cherries. 
  • Do you have Sour Cherries? Sour Cherries are available NOW to pick. We do not take orders for Sour cherries.
  • Do you accept walk-ins? We accept a very limited number of walk-ins each day. To avoid disappointment we recommend you book in advance. 
  • Can large groups walk-in? No, we cannot cater for large walk-in groups.
  • Can I bring my dog? Sorry, no dogs allowed. Only exception is guide dogs.
  • Do you have prepicked boxes for sale? No, we operate on a pick your own basis only. This goes for both sour and sweet cherries.
  • Do I have to be vaccinated? Yes, we require all visitors to be double vaccinated unless exempt by the Government.
  • Do I have to check in? Yes, all visitors must check in via the QR codes. 
  • Do you accept cash? No, we are a cashless business.
  • Can we have a picnic at the farm before or after our pick your own cherry experience? No, we currently do not have picnic areas.
